We had a great guest come speak on this episode, the founder and owner of Super Fit Personal Training, in Pickerington Ohio. The one and only Charles Shultz -- he is a strength coach and has been since 2008, working daily with high level youth athletes and weekend warriors, getting them to their highest physical potential possible.
