Elliott Foos is a Director of Coffee, coffee consultant and one of the cowboys over at Cowboy Coffee.

I met him during the Throwing Fits meet ups in the park and had to try Cowboy Coffee to see if it would indeed turn me into a cowboy.

Elliott was previously the Director of Coffee over at James Murphy’s Daymoves which opened in partnership with the natural wine bar, The Four Horsemen. Before that, the Director of Coffee over at Gem.

I re-met Elliott at Colbo Coffee where he’s  now the Director of Coffee over there with the lovely Colbo team.

He runs a weekly cultural dispatch called Stir Crazy along with a playlist that he updates weekly.
