90 | Feel the fear and do something

We so often hear the mantra "Feel the fear and do it anyway" I just don't subscribe.

When we aren't able to gauge the level of fear in our body and aren't clear on the intention behind our action, "doing it anyway" can often lead to an experience that we never want to repeat. And so we don't!

When it comes to starting a business this isn't particularly helpful. We beat ourselves up about not being consistent, when really we just need to find a different way.
