Lisa Spini was my coach during the competitive years. Lisa guided from from a young competitive gymnast to a collegiate athlete at Stanford University. I have so much respect and appreciation for Lisa and the role she played as a mentor in my life. Her influence reaches far in the gymnastics world. She has been USAG AZ Coach of the Year,  Judge of the Year, Choreographer of the Year, Olympic Coach Alternate, and the list of accomplishments goes on and on. She shares tips that can benefit coaches, athletes and parents.
