In today’s guest episode, we are extremely fortunate to be joined by someone who is arguably one of the best operators in their field. Kylie-Ann Haynes enters the bubble. Kylie-Ann (KA) currently works as a Freelance Sports and Event Producer, Show Caller and Floor Manager across many different sporting codes and organisations, which includes Cricket Australia, the National Rugby League and the National Basketball League.

We discuss with KA how she became involved in her current work, the key components of being a show caller or floor manager, how sports presentation has evolved over the years, and with the recent NRL Grand Final, discuss what’s involved in preparing for and presenting one of the biggest days on the Australian sporting calendar.
