Happy Monday, Tribe! I’m not gonna lie to you. I’ve recorded and deleted this episode a few times now. I usually don’t have any sort of script and just start talking, but today’s topic required some processing and thinking on my part. I just wanted to speak from my heart on what’s happening in the world right now — I’m talking about George Floyd’s murder, along with the several other cases of black and brown oppression. Now, I know that a lot of people are having a difficult time comprehending and understanding what their role is. As entrepreneurs, I believe that we are also leaders, and as leaders, we have a responsibility to speak up and amplify the voices that need to be heard. I hope you will join me in listening, learning, and acting to make positive change happen in this world.
