This week I thought it was important to share my full mental health journey all in one place. I want to remind you that if you feel like you're in a dark spot right now, it does get better. I want to remind you that feeling good one day and feeling like shit the next day is to be expected. I want to remind you that the journey to healing simply is not linear. I want to remind you that practicing good mental health hygiene, even when you're feeling great, is so important to the ongoing state of your mental health.
