I was stuck in a rut, binge-watching Netflix and feeling paralyzed by the amount of work I knew I had to do.

It was as if the world had stopped, and everything that I had planned was put on hold. The thought of changing everything was too much to bear, and I found myself frozen in fear. But then I realized that this was just my brain's way of processing what needed to be done.

In this episode, I share how I overcame these feelings and got back on track. I provide tips and advice on how to manage your time effectively, how to prioritize your work, and how to find the motivation to get things done.

I want you to know that you're not alone in feeling this way. We all experience moments of doubt and uncertainty, especially during times of crisis. But it's important to remember that we have the power to take control of our lives and make the most of every day.
