There’s a big change coming to the way blind and partially sighted people apply for the concessionary TV license. 

Thanks to a ground-breaking agreement between RNIB, TV Licensing and the Health and Social Care Board (HSCB) in Northern Ireland, it will be much easier for people with severe sight impairment to access a blind concession TV License.
