Dr.Ken Harris gets into the Mayor's newly proposed budget for 2023 that cuts police and fire among other things like library hours. Apparently “costs are climbing and revenue is flat.” Why are we depending on cuts and other people to do the job you were elected to do? Rather then cutting the pie smaller to feed more people, make a bigger pie. Dr.Ken Harris says we need to use the space we have in the city to thrive rather then allow it to sit vacant.
