Her latest book ‘Eat More Plants: Over 100 Anti-Inflammatory Recipes for Vibrant Living’ is a #1 best selling cookbook. The book focuses on plant-based, anti-inflammatory recipes for people who love to eat, and want to do it healthily. Desiree and Steph discuss the (2 year!) process of writing a cookbook, and practices to balance work, life, and family through it all.
