Lena is a devotional writer, a true space holder in cacao ceremonies and a sweet voice that guides high yogic states. By expressing her heart and emotions in the unity in which our being finds itself, we recognize our identity from the great perspective of our higher self.

In this encounter, Lena represents the active listening of the earth, the feminine expression of our spirit and the voice of the universe in every second that we cultivate and hear beyond our breath. When we listen and see beyond the mind, we are able to see what our soul wrote for our own life’s learning. Thanks to praying in gratitude, she shows us how the true teachers of this world are the sighs that are heard in the silence of nature.

Our beliefs create our reality and seeing through the eyes of love brings us back to the innocence of our creation. We are one with our creator and we constantly reflect ourselves to remember who we are, in our service, in our core, and in the passions that make us transcend our fears. Thanks to this conversation, we both transmute what is no longer useful and turn our history and processes into the gifts with which we come to this world to play and laugh, always in an eternal spiral of light.
