In this episode, we continue our 'Sport Student Series' where we have discussions with recent graduates and current students. We speak with Lachlan Crofts in today's episode. Lachlan recently graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with Sport Management, and is an aspiring graduate looking to be involved in performance analysis within sports.

We learn about the data analysis work he is completing at Premier Data and how this business is having a major impact on local sport, even rivaling Champion Data to an extent. We also touch on his past experience working in a similar role at Baseball Australia and what he has learnt through his earlier experiences in his career. Finally, we learn more about his personal life and how moving out of home recently could impact his career.
