Derek continues producing the show from New Orleans. This show centers around the 2nd annual NOLA Veggiefest, the Big Easy's vegetarian festival coming up on May 16th. Derek interviews one of the event's organizers, Jehan Strouse, who talks about the speakers, sponsors, organizations and entertainers that will be on hand. We feature music from Sweet Jones, who will be playing at the fest. In the second part of the show Derek is interviewed on WBOK New Orleans by Chad Smith and Darlene Carter on their show E-Talk. Derek talks about veganism, urban farming, being vegan in New Orleans, The Vegan Bus, and the Veggiefest.
