Welcome back, you guys! I am super stoked for today’s episode with Jeremy Ongole.
Jeremy sustained a brachial plexus injury during a motorcycle accident that resulted in the paralysis of his upper left arm. Leading up to the birth of his daughter Jeremy dealt with depression and many physical boundaries. There was a lot of change in Jeremy’s life in the three months between his accident, the birth of his daughter, but without these hurdles, he would not be the fun and master athlete he is now.
I met Jeremy climbing a mountain a year ago, and from that first interaction where he was offering me donuts at the peak of this mountain during the sunrise, I knew I needed his energy in my life.
Moments you will not want to miss in this episode:
(4:30) Jeremy’s story
(14:34) The moment Jeremy’s energy and spirit changed
(25:00) Why competition is a good thing, and how to have healthy competition in your life.
(36:15) Jeremy’s message to anyone going through it right now.
