910.MX ep. 0326: 60+: wit (or without) your permission
This episode, once again, comes straight from the heart.
We talk about emotional and social freedom after 60: about personal sovereignty, about letting go of burdens that are no longer ours, and about living with dignity, awareness, and joy.
Because reaching a certain age is not about losing power - it’s about gaining freedom.
And retiring - emotionally and socially - is not a tantrum (final), much less a “checking out”:
it is a right, and one that opens the path to a healthy, vigorous, and community-connected later life.
