Occasionally I will need to break away from reading because there is something that needs to be said, which I do not hear anyone saying. We stop on 9-11 to remember those 3000 American citizens that were killed by foreign terrorists, and that's fine.

But why do we Americans continue to ignore the 3000+ American citizens who are STILL dying today, a year after Hurricane Maria, killed in an act of cultural genocide, because we have a domestic terrorist in the white house?

When do we remember THOSE Americans?

Or have you already forgotten them because the truth is that it's NOT a tragedy unless WHITE people die?
