Joe Ovies, Adam Eshbaugh, and Wayne Holt host this week, and welcome Andrew Stafford, owner-operator of My Way Tavern; and Michael Flood, executive chef, of the new Blind Pelican Seafood Restaurant in Holly Springs. Michael goes over the new menu, and how the seafood and non-seafood items were developed.   

Then, they talk with Ryan Self, Director of Sales with Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in Charlotte. Ryan discusses craft beer distribution in North Carolina, Old Meck’s distribution in the Triangle area, and their emphasis on developing and producing classic beers. Ryan promotes their December Weihnachtsmarkt Weekend, December 6th-8th, which features some of their seasonal offerings, their Dunkel, which is a Munich Lager, and their Yule Bock.
