If you are anything like me the start of 2021 has been exhausting and any attempt to smash out this years goals has felt like dragging your feet through mud. 2020 was a rollercoaster and it looks like 2021 will be much the same. That means this new year is going to be different, we need to change the way we approach our goals this year and I have 6 tips to help with that!⁠

1. Exercise for recovery⁠
2. Avoid overworking/learning⁠
3. Get out in nature⁠
4. Stop tracking your meals⁠
5. Understand your true needs, and ⁠
