Welcome back my amazing people!
We are continuing this week with Part 2 of my case study of my client, “Suzie.”
When you start therapy, there is lots of information gathering so that I can understand what diagnosis is appropriate for the client.
For Suzie, she just wanted to enjoy life again and not feel like she was just going through the motions.
Suzie was a rockstar at her job and used to enjoy what she was doing but somehow lost some of that spark and steam.
She also wanted to reinforce relationships with her family and make the most of the time she had with them.
At the end of the day, she wanted to feel like a “Whole Person” again and not be burdened with this constant feeling of stress and overwhelm.
After gathering all of that data, we started to formulate a gameplan.
Now it’s important when you are going through a process of change that you think about the sustainability of the change.
So when you are introducing those changes, instead of doing tons of changes all at once, look at one key shift in your thinking and really hone in on it.
With Suzie, our plan was to look first at was necessary and what could be shifted to someone else’s responsibility.
But that was just the start…you will need to tune in to find out the rest!
