I think she nailed it on this episode: the most important biz skill for the next few years is NOT gonna be team skills or organizational skills. Nah. Dr. B thinks it's going to be creativity & innovation skills. COVID-19 is shakin up the global economy for real. Those that are most creative in adapting and innovating will take the cake.
But we couldn't ignore the fact that years before, Dr. B rose through the ranks in the Chicago Police Department, ultimately working directly with the CPD superintendent as policy advisor. On her journey upwards, she saw A TON. Don't judge me for lingering on her stories as an undercover prostitute. Just tune in and listen to her amazing stories yourself!
