We've all been in that situation before in an area of our life where we have this reaction to focus on everything that can go wrong in order to protect us. Our brains are built to protect us from uncomfortable or "dangerous" situations in order to keep us alive. What most don't realize is that we're using that same old programming today when barely any of it applies unlike the old ages.
