Roughly a month ago I took a full week (7 days) off from the busyness of life.
Yes, for 7 straight days I sat, walked, and stood in total silence.
- No technology
- No talking
- No verbal interaction whatsoever!
Just me and my own thoughts. What I discovered about myself was POWERFUL! Easily one of the most powerful experiences I have had.
