Today's episode kicks off with a conversation around going out (naturally, inspired by Jess & Laura's Friday night bar hopping). The two discuss whether it's better to go out on a Friday night or a Saturday night -- which turns out to be a pretty divisive matter!

Then, the episode moves into today's topic: jealousy. Jess & Laura deep dive into why jealousy is such a shameful emotion (and why it shouldn't be) and their own experiences with the green-eyed monster. They also discuss the difference between productive jealousy and insecurity, plus some advice on how to manage jealousy in your own life.
