Tim Davis's Bio: * As recovering addict and alcoholic with 13.5 years sober now. When I hit several bottoms, and finally got tired of digging deeper. Been sober since 2007 and have gone on to accomplish things I never imagined in sobriety. I got a Masters degree because my 2 oldest sons "trolled" me about it. I have completed 12 Ironman triathlons, over 50 ultramarathons, and seven 100-mile endurance runs. I recently wrote about about my journey called TRIPOLAR: The Story of a Bipolar Triathlete, which I'd like to talk about on your podcast, if that is okay with you.
