Vanessa Carlton is a Grammy and American Music Award nominated singer-songwriter from Pennsylvania, USA. You’ll know her best from her debut hit “A Thousand Miles”. It soared to the top 5 position on the Bill Board Hot 100 in 2002. She’s now released 5 full length studio albums. The latest one being Liberman. Your hosts Sean Chin and Mary-Anne Wiltshire speak with Carlton about motherhood, living in a new era of singer-songwriters and writing “House of Seven Swords” entirely on the Rhodes keyboard featured in the music video.
