This is my reality right now. My manager position that I have had since January 2024 will be discontinued from 1st June 2025 onwards due to cost-cutting measures in my company and a decision to reduce the number of team leaders.

In this episode I want to share with you the background around my personal information, because I believe that this is very insightful as well to understand
