Disillusioned octopus Jeffrey finds himself caught up in, and ultimately spearheading, a vast conspiracy to flood the entire planet after venturing to the surface world in search of shoes. Beyond simply being better maintained, the movie theater is now sporting an increasingly Victorian aesthetic.
