We are definitely our biggest critic! Most people have gnarly stories about themselves that are blocking them from living their best life. I recently went down memory lane delving into old videos and pictures from the past. 
In this episode, I share an important awareness that dropped in for me while I was reminiscing. I realized stories I’ve told myself in the past that were totally false. I was able to remove that cloud of shame I’ve been carrying around for several years.
