Josh Shelton is the Vice-President of Roadway Specialties located in Austin, Tx. Roadway Specialties works in a super niched industry that does all things subsidierary to the highways. Small signs, guardrails, cable barriers, etc.

Josh joined the family business after he walked out during a shift at a lube shop for them not having good customer service. He started in the business doing hard manuel laber for his first 8 years.
