A couple of weeks ago, we were out at the Leadville 100, pacing and crewing. I was at the Twin Lakes aid station when I saw Adrian Macdonald coming through in first place, making it look as easy as a Sunday stroll. I knew I had to talk to him. When I found out he lives in Fort Collins, I wanted to talk to him even more. That’s just down the road from me. You see, this was Adrian’s first Leadville and first hundred miler altogether. And he won! Convincingly! In fact, only 4 people have ever run that course faster than him. How is that possible? We get into it all.  Thanks for listening!
