95bFM: The Hard, Fast & Heavy Show

Flo delves deeply into Aotearoa's current punk scene, with an entire half of the show dedicated to only local artists. As there are a bunch of amazing releases and shows on at the moment, this was an easy invitation to push some of Aotearoa's most fantastic local punk!

The second half of the show is focused on some international bands who are touring or have toured NZ as well a mix of post-hardcore, hardcore punk, indie punk and much more!

Lou talks to Felix from Aussie HC band Resurrect, ahead of their upcoming gigs in Aotearoa.

Lou was in the studio tonight, with a special guest interview with Felix from Aussie HC band Resurrect, ahead of their upcoming gigs in Aotearoa. Go check it out! :)

It's Halloween season babyyyyyyy

Flo tries their best to wake you up before September ends and it's a resounding success!

They'd wanted a solo show to showcase all the bands they'd seen over in Berlin, with a focus on the recently emerging Berlin screamo scene. Honestly just a lot of screamo today, tied in with some punk and metal classics.

For the first time ever The Hard Fast and Heavy has all three hosts from start to finish! Paddy, Lou 'AND' Flo rather than 'or'!

Blending industrial metal, classic hardcore and digital metalcore with ingeniously insightful anecdotes from our hilariously humble hosts, this show is NOT TO BE MISSED! (much like last week's show and also next week's)

Lou and Flo sharing an eclectic mix of tunes with a somewhat Northern European influence for this week!

Paddy joins later in the show for the first proper show with all three hosts, what an occasion!

You're in for rip-roaring banter, all different types of abrasively loud and a fantastic end as well as start to your week!

Legend has it all three of us were in the studio...

More musical mischef from Paddy and Wastemaster

Flo is back!! Welcome Flo, once again.

Somewhat of a chaotic Sunday show with Lou running the show while Flo gets acquainted with the new studio but spins some brand new records brought over from Europe! The earlier set time is a godsend regarding audience participation with a lot more texts coming in, allowing us to adapt and interact accordingly!

Lou delves into her love of Egg Punk with a special focus on Mark Winter, while Flo does some throwbacks to the early 80s with some Washington DC hardcore, British post punk and LA classic punk!
