Alex is a super cool guy we just met earlier this year. We first knew of each other on Instagram, of which Alex is a big fan. His personal account off_beet, showcases his talent in the kitchen, along with some food experiments, and pictures of his awesome dog.

Chef Alex is a relative newby to the St. Louis food scene, and at only 26, also one of the youngest. He recently was a part of a coalition of under-age-30 chefs who presented a dinner event. All the proceeds went to help a local young person attend culinary school.
