In this episode I am joined by the lovely Sarah Mayland who shares her own story of finding and choosing self love, she shares how she practices self care daily, plus we talk about the connection of weight loss and body positivity - are you allowed to have both?
Sarah Mayland is the owner of Inside Out Transformations, where she is on a mission to empower women to love themselves and their bodies so that together, we can empower the next generation of women to do the same.
As a fitness nutrition specialist and certified personal trainer with a background in clinical mental health counseling, Sarah works with women who want to lose weight to help them change the stories they have about themselves and their bodies so they can successfully (and sustainably) change their habits.
When she's not working, Sarah is having dance parties and sing-alongs with her 6-year-old son, watching operas and ballets, playing the piano, singing, tending her plants, and knitting.
