Devon James is the co-founder and Director of Technology for the Web3 Working Group, and Chief Technology Officer at Alexandria Labs. Devon is also the co-inventor of the Open Index Protocol, founder of the Blockchain Technology Group, and previously served as the CEO of Happy Owl Studios. Prior to his time in tech, Devon served in the USMC Infantry from 2001-2008.
