In this episode kicking off Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, I speak with  Jennifer Bulbrook, a Certified Mental Health Life Coach.  She created an incredible company called ‘I Am Somebody’ and her mission is to help fellow humans to overcome their depression, anxiety and addictive behaviors just like she did. 
Jennifer is courageous enough to share her own story of addiction and her mental health issues that led to multiple suicide attempts.. She also tells us how she was finally able to transform her life with the power of coaching. For any of you who think that it is not possible to feel better, this is the episode for you!
