Trigger Warning: sexual assault

Today in The Beyond Resilience Life Podcast, and in honor of #sexualassaultawarenessmonth I wanted to send a special message to all the sexual assault survivors who are listening. I have personally worked with a number of survivors and, to experience the resilience in their journey as they are able to overcome the difficult process they go through, as their lives evolve, is one I am grateful to be part of.

My hope is that this message reminds you of the truth that is your journey and how processing your experience can be liberating. In today’s show I wanted to share with you 10 loving reminders, here are some:

• It's not your fault.
• You are worthy of love.
• Your past doesn’t dictate your present or future.
