Siphon - Villain Defenders will now recover 2.0% of their Max Health with each landed strike and recover 0.8% Max Health with each blocked strike. (Increased from 1.0% of their Max Health with each landed strike, and 0.5% with each blocked strike)

Flow - Critical Strikes against Control Defenders grant Power Flood, causing them to gain 15% of their Max Power over 20 seconds. (increased from 10% of their Max Power over 20 seconds.)
