In this episode, I talk about how exhausting being Black can be and how everyone has a role to play in being better for each other. For example, the murder of George Floyd being so public for a moment in time made people more aware of situations and themselves. But how are we showing up for those people today? People marched and posted things on social media, but what actions are you continuing to take to show up and be aware? As a Black woman, it is exhausting for me, and this is an episode about various things that impact that exhaustion. Lastly, kudos to Black men for doing their best and showing up even when the world doesn't always give you the space to be who you are; I value and appreciate you.
