Church is a Starting Line

We all know what it feels like to be unseen—even in a crowded room. In Matthew 9, Jesus sees Matthew at the tax booth, right in the middle of his brokenness, and says, “Follow me.” That simple invitation reminds us that church is not the finish line for people who have it all together—it’s the starting line for anyone willing to follow Jesus. At Good News, we believe everybody’s welcome, nobody’s perfect, and with God, anything is possible.
