Wow can you imagine we are closing in on 100 episodes. We are glad to have Tobe back as he has now completed the CFA Level 2 exam and awaiting his results. This week was action packed as we touched on topics in many different industries. We started off by discussing a new education repayment plan created by Purdue University. The plan would allow students to pay no money upfront but instead, pay a percentage of their income for 10 years post graduation.

In the world of tech, the US has disallowed the sales of Hauwei devices due to homeland security issues. Hauwei has been known to plant chips in their phone that are able to spy and record calls. This is going to dramatically affect Hauwei's revenue over the next 2 years if this ban remains in affect.

The options for the vegan community are starting to pile up. Tyson's recently announced they are getting in on the vegan burger craze. Beyond Meat seems to be the most popular brand right now. Their stock has fared very well since the IPO (initial public offering) last month. Tyson's is a more mature company and has a bigger capitalization. We'll keep an eye on how much market share Tyson's will be able to obtain.

How could I forget about Daddy DotCom or Elon Musk. Elon Musk temporarily changed his screen name on Twitter over the weekend. Is this a sign that a big announcement is approaching? We'll have to wait and see. We also touched on a legal battle that is looming with Google, the Raptors' championship season, and more!
