Gut Check Radio

99. A Simple Behavior to Combatant Anxiety and Insomnia

Listen Later

On today’s episode of Gut Check Radio, we tackle an issue that seems to be growing in our society for the past several years: anxiety, insomnia, and a little bit about mold. While there’s too much to say about these pervasive conditions in just one short podcast episode, we take a crack at defining anxiety and insomnia in terms of how we as humans experience it. We talk about how looking for peace in all the wrong places can sometimes end up being the number one contributor to our restlessness, and what we can do to find peace instead. Lastly, I share some of the simple-but-effective daily actions that helped me personally put my mind at ease during times of anxiety, which I think each of us can benefit from.
