Team values are easy to think of and post on your website or in job descriptions. But they can be tough to actually live out and embody — especially if your team is spread out across multiple continents.

Olivia and Indira dive into what it takes to build a healthy remote team culture, including taking on the challenge of embodying our stated values like “We make mistakes.” (Yes, that’s a core Team KK value.)
