I'm back with a regular episode! Today I am talking about a recent realization I had about the differentiation between consistency and inspired action. I've spent most of this year trying to find balance and return to my art practice. By shifting my mindset, I have been able to commit to my work in a more aligned and fulfilling way.

The structure I have created between the Cosmic Energy Report, the newsletter and my Remote Recharge sessions, has given me more space to play in between! I hope that this discussion about finding your version of consistency will inspire you to make some progress toward your goals.

Virgo season, and Mercury retrograde, will help us to determine what we need to stop doing and what we want to prioritize going forward. When we are clear on what our goals are, we can start making space for the necessary steps. I am really looking forward to some new routines for the fall so that I can embody the person I truly want to be.
