Lauren Lowrey is an Emmy-award winning Anchor/Reporter in Nashville, TN.  Lauren is the Founder/Host/Executive Producer of the AMPstigator podcast - one of my favorites! - where she interviews women about the lessons they've learned on their pathway to purpose. In addition to all of that, she is the mother of three.

During our visit she shares more about why she started this podcast (because she was already busy!), why these conversations matter and she’ll share a story about why listening to her heart, both physically and spiritually, actually saved her life. She also gives a challenge and suggestion to listeners who don’t yet know their purpose.
