This was a quote from Howard (Howie Cohn), and a glimpse into what I, along with nearly 100 people, worked through for the last week at Spirit Rock.

It's impossible to put words to what this experience was like. Anything I write or say diminishes it, honestly. But this episode answers the question so many have asked since I returned - "how was the retreat?"
