In this episode we talk about the newest DC film Shazam! After a rocky start Frank and John go over the plot and performances notably of Zachary Levi and Jack Dylan Grazer. They also talk  about the interactions with the supporting characters and the nods the films give to the DCU and other films. It's themes next, those of family and the idea of putting trust in imperfect people. John then discusses the way in which the movie suprised him. They then dive into the  nature and design of the Seven Deadly Sins and how they are used in the film as a thematic element as well as other media in general. Frank then brings up steotypes briefly that appear in the film. After a tangent they talk insane fan theories. Then wrap up with their final thoughts on the movie, and the DCU in general.
