Wade Donze gets his awaited return back on the pod and this is episode was very theraputic for me. I tell him about my most recent break up and how easy it was for me to bounce back from this one. Self care is extremely important. I was happy with everything else that was going on in my life when my girl left me. This made it easy for me to bounce back and re-enter the jungle.
