Hey guys I know its been a while but I been super busy with work working out of town and 10hr shifts, but some great stuff has been going on other than the fat overtime checks lol, and by that I mean 99 range!!! DUHHHHH hehehe.. :p
Other than that been running on the treadmill 3/5 miles a week for the past 3/4 weeks now gonna keep it up! already seeing gains.
