She coaches 1-on-1, runs a group coaching membership, and has self-study courses.

Through her journey of a 100 pound weight loss, she learned how mindset and the thoughts she chose were the key elements in lasting success. That experience led her to start applying those same elements to her home which led to her discovering her true gift: helping people declutter their homes AND their minds.
